Baisha Old Town (白沙古镇, Báishā Gǔzhèn) is the oldest and most authentic of Lijiang’s three ancient towns, and the historical birthplace of the Naxi people and the Mu clan土司. It’s a peaceful place where you can still see local life and stunning views of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain.
