Day 1：Xining(2270m)
Arrive in the gorgeous town of Xining, the capital city of Qinghai Province, where you’ll find a guide ready and waiting to transfer you from the airport to Hotel,
Day 2： Xining – Kumbum monastery – Kokonor(3100m) – Chabcha(300m) 260km 6hrs
Today you will be given an opportunity to explore the Great Monastery of Kumbum, Kubum is a famous Buddhist, hand-built monastery located just over 17 miles away from Xining, beautifully embedded into the jagged mountains. Traditionally used as the gateway for communication between West, South West and Central China, afterwards drive to Kokonor. The largest salt lake in Tibet and China.
Day 3: Chabcha – Mato
Wake up this morning with an exceptional view of natural, picturesque Tibetan valleys. Follow the Yellow River, or the Machu as it is known in Tibet, all the way up to the the source that is located in Mato County. En route, pass through the town of Zogan Rawa, where you can enjoy a spectacular, scenic view of the awe-inspiring rivers, lakes and valleys. Witness the Golok nomads hard at work as you wind up the beaten tracks towards Amdo grasslands. At a much higher altitude, this remote road will leave you speechless with the view of mountains that peak in the distance, amidst Tibetan wildlife that is renowned amongst bird-watching enthusiasts. The Holy Mountain Amnye Machen, at approximately 2600 feet, is the tallest mountain in its range, and provides brilliant picture opportunities for tourists. Enjoy a relaxing overnight stay in a comfortably simple guesthouse, where you will be served a traditional Tibetan meal by local community members.
Day 4: Mato – Domda – Gato Town
Today you will drive from Mato to Gato town via Domda. Follow road into the vast grassland and dotted beautiful high plateau lakes. You will arrive Gato town. Visit Serkar Gompa.
Day 5–7: Trekking days 3 days
Day 8 : Gato – Yushu
In the morning drive to Yushu. En route you will visit local families and experiment the local fresh
Day 9 : Yushu – Sershul
Day 10 : Sershul – Manigango – Derge
Day 11：Derge – Pelyul
Day 12 : Pelyul – Yachen Gar – Ganzi
Day 13 : Ganzi – lhaagong
Day 14 : Lhagong – Rongdrak (Danba)
Day 15 : Rongdrak – Chengdu
Day 16 : Rongdak – Chengdu
