Guide Danxia Geopark is famous for its colorful Danxia landforms. Located in Guide county near the yellow river, 100km south of Xining.
The Danxia here is colorful and diverse in shape. It is very spectacular and is a good place for photography. The geopark covers a large area, including Akong Gorge, Yellow River Valley, Mayu Gorge and other places, but the most important attraction is the Akong Colorful Peak Scenic Area.
The scenic area is composed of multiple cultural theme squares and seven Danxia Gorges, especially Nuwa Gorge, Qianfo Gorge, and Tongtian Gorge, which are rare natural wonders in the world.
